    1. Online payment (LiqPay)

      Pay for your order by card online via LiqPay. Apple Pay / Google Pay (via LiqPay) are also available.

    2. Cash on delivery

      Payment on receipt is available for:

      • Nova Poshta
      • Ukrposhta

      Please note: the carrier may charge a fee for cash on delivery (according to their rates).

    3. Payment to sole proprietor's bank details

      You can pay by bank transfer to our sole proprietor's bank details. We'll provide the details after placing the order or upon request to support.

    4. PayPal (for international orders)

      For international orders, payment via PayPal is available in a currency supported by PayPal/your bank (conversion follows the terms of the payment service or bank).

  2. Delivery within Ukraine

    We deliver across all of Ukraine:

    • Nova Poshta
    • Ukrposhta

    TinDay's shipping time: usually 1–3 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

  3. Free delivery within Ukraine

    Free delivery applies to orders over 3000 UAH when shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

  4. International delivery

    We ship orders worldwide.

    Available delivery options: Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta / other carriers (arranged individually).

    • International delivery costs are paid by the buyer.
    • Delivery times depend on the country and carrier.
    • Customs fees/taxes in the recipient's country (if any) are paid by the recipient.

  5. Pre-orders / made-to-order items

    Some models may be made to order or available as pre-orders. In that case, the shipping time may be longer — it is stated on the product page or agreed upon during order confirmation.
