This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (in particular, Article 9 regarding the exchange/return of goods of proper quality).

  1. Return / exchange timeframe

    You can exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it (unless a different, longer period is stated separately).

  2. Conditions under which a return is possible

    Return/exchange is possible if the product:

    • has not been used (no signs of wear/washing/odors/stains);
    • retains its commercial appearance, tags/labels;
    • retains its original packaging where possible;
    • has proof of purchase (order number / receipt / invoice / confirmation email).
  3. How to arrange a return

    2. State your order number and exactly what you're returning/exchanging.
    3. Once agreed, we'll send brief instructions on how to arrange shipping.

    Important: parcels sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

    Send, after agreement with support, to one of the following:

  5. Return shipping costs

    • If a product of proper quality is returned because it "didn't fit," the buyer pays for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed with support.
    • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect / damage / fulfillment error, we cover the shipping costs.
    • If the service is available on your waybill, you can use Nova Poshta's "Easy Return" (the return is agreed with the seller; valid for 14 days after receipt): https://novaposhta.ua/lp/
  6. Damage, defects, order errors

    Please check the product immediately upon receipt. If you discover a defect/damage or receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos/video so we can quickly offer a solution (exchange/replacement/return).

  7. Refunds

    After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the outcome. If the return is approved, the money is refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. The law provides for a refund on the day the agreement is terminated, and if that's not possible — within another period agreed by the parties, but no later than 7 days.

    Crediting the funds may take additional time on the part of the bank/payment system.
